Students - Emailing a Ticket

The following are instructions for students to submit a ticket via email

Send emails to:

Students will use the email student[email protected] to send in tickets.

Details to include:

Please include as many details and any trouble shooting steps you have taken in your email.

  • Description of your issue
  • Screenshots / pictures
  • Things you have tried to fix the issue
  • How quickly the issue needs resolved
    • Scale of 1 to 5 
      • 1 = When you get a chance
      • 5 = Need immediate attention
