Reasons to Uninstall Uniflow
- The Uniflow application has closed and fails to open
- Uniflow is running and appears connected, but fails to send your print job to the queue
- An updated version is announced and needs removed before updating

Uninstall Uniflow from a Mac Computer
- Open the terminal from applications or press Command + Space Bar to do a search for terminal
- Open a finder window and go to Applications> Utilities > Terminal
- Open a finder window and go to Applications> Utilities > Terminal
- Then with the Terminal open enter this command:
- sudo bash /etc/smartclient/uninstall-smartclient.bash
- Press enter and if you are operating as an Admin then you will enter the password you use for logging into your computer.
- After the command finishes running, restart your computer.
- Once the computer is restarted, proceed to downloading and installing the new smart client.
