Reasons to Uninstall Uniflow

• The Uniflow application has closed and fails to open
• Uniflow is running and appears connected, but fails to send your print job to the queue
• An updated version is announced and needs removed before updating

You will likely need to be an admin on your computer to perform these steps. Please visit these guides on how to request admin privileges and perform these steps yourself.

Uninstall Uniflow from a Mac Computer

1. Open the terminal from applications or press Command + Space Bar to do a search for terminal
   1. Open a finder window and go to Applications> Utilities > Terminal
      
2. Then with the Terminal open enter this command:
   1. sudo bash /etc/smartclient/uninstall-smartclient.bash
   2. Press enter and if you are operating as an Admin then you will enter the password you use for logging into your computer. 
   3. After the command finishes running, restart your computer.
3. Once the computer is restarted, proceed to downloading and installing the new smart client.
