# Mosyle # Self-Service # Admin On-Demand ## Admin On-Demand

Admin On-Demand is only used on Mac computers.

##### When to use Admin On-Demand - Installing printers - Installing software for school purposes - Changing or updating settings on your device ### Open Mosyle Manager App Open the Mosyle Manager app from Applications, your Launchpad, or by searching using Command + Space Bar. Make sure in the top left of the window it says Self-Service and not Classroom Manager on the dropdown menu. From here continue to enter your reason for requesting Admin On-Demand. A short explanation is all that is needed. When it opens in the top left corner it may say Class Manager. Click this and change to Self-Service. Make sure you're on the tab for My Apps. All of these apps here are available to you. After you find the app and click Install it may take some time for it to show up in your apps on your computer. Check back in your Apps Launcher or Applications folder in Finder.
